Must try in Nileshwar. He began his venture by selling a local snack called "parippu vada". It was priced just 1Re. Now he has diversified to many other delicacies too. Whats interesting for me is the Tea preparation. Each tea is custom made just for you, like you want, and its a master piece. Tea with parippu vada on a rainy day or a dawn, is divine. Be prepared to return dishearten if parippu vada are sold out.

Famous for their small parippu Vada and the rate at which they sell it. We visited in the evening and found a huge rush to have tea and snacks. After foundering here and there I finally managed to get a seat for four of us. We ordered banana filling, parippu Vada and goli Baja. The rush was so much that the waiters were not able to serve all the tables. Somehow we got the order at the table except goli Baja. Banana filling was cooked with less ripened banana and filling was with aval not like the one from the Kannur area. The famous parippu Vada was tasty as always. No parking space available. Cash and UPI accepted.
